* I frozen banana
* 1 scoop metagenics vanilla protein powder
* ¾ cup almond milk
* ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
* 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Directions: place all ingredients in a blender and mix well. Serve immediately!
