Your journey starts with a deep dive into your health history, lifestyle, training schedule, lab work, supplements, and goals. We use an InBody scan to establish a clear starting point, helping us track fat loss, muscle gain, and fueling needs with accuracy. You’ll leave with a personalized plan built around where you are now — and where you want to go.

Founder | Registered Dietitian | Sports Nutritionist

Pan metron ariston — moderation in everything. As a proud Greek woman, that belief in balance has shaped my approach to health and nutrition.
As a mother of three former competitive athletes — and a competitive tennis player myself — I’ve lived the juggling act of training schedules, work demands, and family life. I know how easy it is for nutrition to feel complicated or overwhelming.
That’s why I focus on meeting people where they are. My approach is rooted in acceptance, not avoidance. All foods can fit — it just takes creative, realistic solutions that make healthy habits feel doable.
When a client realizes they don’t have to be perfect to make progress — and starts to believe it — that’s what nourishes me.

I love helping clients combine smart nutrition with functional training so they can feel strong, confident, and capable — both in and out of the gym.
Growing up in a competitive athletic family in Missouri and working with sports performance teams at the University of Mississippi — including the Ole Miss Rebels during their 2022 College World Series championship season — shaped my commitment to fueling for performance.
After earning my Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Saint Louis University, I’ve focused on helping athletes and active adults build sustainable habits that support strength, resilience, and long-term health.
My goal is simple: help you train smarter, fuel better, and perform your best.
