Blueberry Cornmeal Drop Biscuits

serves 8
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup soy/almond milk
1/4 cup grapeseed oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 cup blueberries (or thawed from frozen)
Preheat oven to 450F. Mix dry ingredients. Add in wet ingredients. Mix until just combined and fold in blueberries. Drop into 1/4 cup servings on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
