Ingredients:
For The Spices Mix
- 2 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 ½ tsp dried dill weed
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp dried onion flakes
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp dried chives
- 1 tsp salt (optional)
Base
- 1-16oz plain Greek yogurt
Instructions:
Whisk all spices together until well blended
- Mix 3 Tbsp of the spice mixture into the Greek yogurt
- Refrigerator or serve immediately
Note: Pairs great with raw vegetables.
Tip: For a salad dressing consistency: mix in low-fat buttermilk. Amount to your desired level of consistency.
