Personal Trainer

Before joining NutriFormance, Aleah spent 14 years competing in Gymnastics. She attended Lindenwood University where she was on the Gymnastics team and achieved success in the Midwest Independent Conference (MIC) named All-Conference 2 times, scholastic All American 2 times, and first team all American on vault in her final season. Aleah graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a minor in Strength and Conditioning in 2021. Aleah will start her Master’s Degree in Sports Performance and Rehabilitation at Logan University in the fall of 2021.

Aleah has always had a passion for fitness and performance, and she wants to help others find enjoyment and excitement in a healthy lifestyle. Overall Aleah wants to help others set and reach goals in their individual fitness journeys to live happy, healthy, and confident.
