Licensed Massage Therapist

Anna Ellsworth became licensed in massage therapy in December 2018. She is a graduate of The Healing Arts in St. Louis, Missouri. The 600-hour program covered various massage techniques, however Anna gravitated towards the deeper, therapeutic work. Her go to techniques are Deep Touch, Myofascial Release, and Trigger Point Therapy. In 2019, she explored the gentler side of massage through assisted stretching, Reiki, and Breathwork. Her special interest in muscle work continues to grow. She has a goal of competing in the World Championship of Massage.

In Anna’s free time she enjoys being outdoors with good company and her Golden Retriever, Parsnip. She is a singer-songwriter, plays piano and guitar, and absolutely loves hugs.
