What we have noticed in the fitness industry is “a more is better” approach to getting healthy, especially with metabolic training. Metabolic training was designed to be completed 2-3 times per week, otherwise the body begins to break down and recovery never happens. This is why we recreated our FIT Small Group training program to include strength training, reformer pilates, and rowing and treading classes. Essentially, we are giving you metabolic training at the right dose and include core strengthening, strength training and aerobic conditioning. You won’t be bored or dread your workouts with this much variety. We will help you ward off those nagging overuse injuries that occur from too much metabolic training.
The unique structure of our groups allows you to maximize the benefit of your program and take full advantage of our expert training staff. Each workout is designed to increase your functional strength, reduce injuries, and boost your metabolism. This is THE best option for fat loss available!
You have the option of both Small Group Personal training or Small Group Reformer Pilates conducted in a small group session with up to 4 clients training together. This is a great way to make personal training more affordable, make some new friends and get a great workout.
In addition, you will also have access to:
- Over 40 small group personal training and Pilates classes per week
- Unlimited hybrid and basic classes (over 75 per week) which can be conveniently scheduled through our app.
- Unlimited facility access. Come on in and do your own strength workout or jump on some cardio when you are not meeting with your coach.
