Definition of Hybrid: “having two or more components working together that produce the same or similar results.”

Hybrid circuits, developed by Randy Leopando, combine fitness components of endurance, agility, power, balance, and functional strength with an effort to provide an alternative method of training that is safe, fun, efficient and effective. Every exercise can be modified to accommodate any fitness level.

  • Over 40 small group personal training and Pilates classes per week
