After college she decided to pursue her true passion and earn her certification in personal training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
Kimberly continued to develop her skills at a national health club chain for 3 years. She designed and implemented individual fitness programs for a wide range of health conditions and concerns. Because of the diverse physical fitness conditions she encountered, Kimberly decided to further increase her knowledge base and earned another certification through NASM as a Corrective Exercise Specialist. This specialty certification allows Kimberly to work with individuals experiencing musculoskeletal impairments, muscle imbalances, and rehabilitation concerns.
