Sports Performance Coach, Post-rehab Conditioning Specialist

Before joining Nutriformance-Athletic Republic, Dan completed his undergraduate work at Nebraska Wesleyan University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training. While at Nebraska Wesleyan, Dan competed in football and track. He earned All-America honors twice in the shot put, and he was also a two-time member of the United States Track Coaches Association Academic All-American Team. He served as a student athletic trainer and student strength and conditioning coach for the basketball, baseball, and football teams. Dan completed his internship at the Center for Neurosciences, Orthopedics and Spine. He served as an assistant for the center’s certified athletic trainers and physical therapists. He performed duties that included assisting in post-operative rehab, post-injury rehab, preventative injury training, and running summer conditioning camps for area athletes.

Dan earned a 3.5 GPA while pursuing his Bachelors degree. In June of 2003 he earned his National Strength and Conditioning Association, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification.
