Nicole is a Physical Therapist and personal trainer who was born and raised in St. Charles, Missouri. She grew up working out at the gym at a young age with her dad who was a bodybuilder, and that started her passion for fitness. Nicole’s interest in a career in Physical Therapy began when she had an injury to her back at 12 years old and her mom brought her to Physical Therapy to help recover from her injury.
Nicole has been an active athlete through her life, she played softball and ran track in high school and once in college, she played rugby at Lindenwood University. At Lindenwood, Nicole received a Scholar Athlete recognition and graduated Magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. After her time at Lindenwood, she was accepted into the University of Missouri Physical Therapy program where she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Nicole has experience working in an outpatient setting treating a wide range of patients, from college athletes to post-surgical joint replacements and everything in between.

Nicole has a passion for fitness and healthy living and loves to pass that on to her clients. From manual therapy techniques to neuromuscular re-education, all avenues of therapy will be utilized to best treat her clients. Her proudest moments are when her clients are able to do something they never thought possible.
