I have been working out for years. Most of the time I run or take classes and even though I consider myself to be in fairly good shape, I have never been completely comfortable with my core or the way my muscles tend to look bulky. Kim Wallis told me that pilates was a great way to strengthen my midsection and elongate my muscles so I decided to give it a try.
Within a month I could see my body begin to change. Kim taught me tools that I not only used during her pilates sessions but that I could incorporate into all of my workouts!
