Date Energy Bites

Serves 20


2 cups pitted dates

2 cups walnut pieces (or other nut/seed you prefer)

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

pinch of sea salt


Combine ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well-combined. With a tablespoon, scoop out a small piece and roll into a ball with clean hands until smooth.
