½ cup nonfat or low-fat Greek yogurt

½ cup frozen strawberries

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup spinach leaves

1 small banana

1 Tbsp. peanut butter (or nut/seed butter of your preference)

½ cup milk (more liquid for thinner consistency, milk alternatives may be used as well)

 

Put all ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth.
