Before joining NutriFormance, Tim was an NCAA Div. I athlete running for Murray State University and Western Illinois University. Tim earned all-conference cross country honors in 2002, 2005 and all conference honors in the 5,000m indoor and 10,000m outdoor in 2006. Tim graduated from Murray State with a degree in Exercise Science and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Tim recently completed his master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from SIUE.
Tim got his start at NutriFormance as the first intern in Acceleration (NutriFormance’s sport performance facility) history. Tim’s focus is personal training, VO2 testing and helping endurance athletes. Additionally, Tim will act as the director of the Midwest Endurance website.

Tim has continued his running career by joining the Big River Running Company elite racing team. In the local running scene Tim is a consistent performer. He has won the YMCA Kirkwood to Webster Connection run three times and has finished in the top 6 in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade run for six years running. In 2007 Tim was the Spirit of St. Louis and Lewis and Clark Missouri Champion.
