Sarah took her first Pilates class at the end of college and fell in love immediately. As a lifelong dancer, the combination of strength and grace made perfect sense. She began teaching Pilates in 2009 and added yoga to her qualifications in 2013. Sarah uses both modalities to help clients build functional strength, sculpt their muscle tone, and deepen their mind-body connection. Whether you are interested in rehabilitating a physical condition or lengthening and strengthening your physique, she can help get you where you want to go!
