Sports Performance Coach & Personal Trainer
Prior to joining the NutriFormance and Athletic Republic STL, Ryan attended Lindenwood University where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. During college, Ryan took the role of a four year starter on the baseball team. He received All-MIAA honors in his senior year along with dean’s list honors in four of his eight semesters.
To complete his degree Ryan interned with Emily Bailey at NutriFormance. During the internship he did research on various nutritional topics along with observing different nutrition counseling tactics. He grew a strong passion for this field and loves the way it works together with exercise to get the best results and performance possible.
Before entering college Ryan graduated from Fort Zumwalt South High School as a three sport athlete, playing soccer, basketball, and baseball. During his four years of high school he experienced a baseball state championship in 2009, received All-Conference and All-State baseball honors in 2010 and 2011, and was also recognized with All-Conference All-Academic honors all four years.

With a heavy athletic background Ryan has a strong passion for helping athletes become the best they can possibly be. With that being said his overall passion of helping people achieve their goals in an effort to lead the most healthful life possible is right there with it.
