Before joining NutriFormance as a personal trainer, Rebecca completed her undergraduate studies at Truman State University earning a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology. After pursuing her Bachelor’s degree from Truman State, she went on to earn her Master’s degree in Exercise, Nutrition and Eating Behavior from The George Washington University in Washington, DC.
As a graduate teaching assistant, Rebecca taught undergraduate sport activity courses including tennis and weight training. During this time she also worked as a personal trainer at the National Institutes of Health Fitness Center and was a coach at SportsPlus, an activity based sports camp for children with autism.
