Pam Fisher, PT comes to NutriFormance with thirty one years of experience in all aspects of Physical Therapy, from pediatrics to geriatrics, ranging from neurological to orthopedic rehabilitation. Shortly after completing her AS degree in PT from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey, Pam went on to earn her BS PT from SUNY Stony Brook in New York. Since then, she has worked in clinics gaining varied experiencing including rehabilitation in neurological and pain management.

Since moving to St. Louis 16 years ago, Pam has established professional relationships with local physicians, earning their trust with even the most challenging patients.  Her skills include training under the John F Barnes Approach to Myofascial Release (www.myofascialrelease.com).  Pam provides physical therapy treatments to those with a doctor’s referral.  Her role at NutriFormance will allow her to screen clients for pre-existing or recurring physical problems that may impact their workouts. Additionally, Pam can provide wellness workouts considering any post-rehab factors, and physical therapy treatments to those with a doctor’s referral.

Pam believes that postural awareness and correction is a key factor in well being. Integrating flexibility and strength into her work outs and physical therapy treatments promotes long term benefits and a balanced body-mind connection!

Outside of NutriFormance, Pam enjoys cycling and has completed three MS150 tours.  She is a co-author/presenter of a personal trainer workshop “Multiple Sclerosis: Fitness & Wellness”
