Before joining NutriFormance as a personal trainer, Margot completed her Bachelor’s degree in Health and Sports Studies while minoring in Psychology at the University of Iowa. During college, Margot participated in the varsity field hockey program earning captain her senior year, a Big Ten Championship, and a bid into the NCAA tournament. Following her college career, Margot became the assistant field hockey coach for Whitfield School.
Margot was a graduate of Whitfield School currently holding 4 field hockey records, an All-American honor in field hockey, and 8 goalkeeping records for the soccer team. She recently accepted a position as head varsity field hockey coach as well as assistant coach/ goalkeeper coach for the girl’s soccer program. During her college years, Margot has spent her summers coaching field hockey camps all over the country including Iowa, Chicago, Oklahoma, and St. Louis.
After graduation, Margot developed her skills as a personal trainer at a world wide health club. She is slated to take NSCA’s Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist this year.
