Lindsay earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Health and Human Physiology-Exercise Science from the University of Iowa in 2015. While attending Iowa, she participated in a practicum to train students at a local high school in olympic weight lifting techniques and conditioning. She also worked during her summers training middle and high school age students in running mechanics and speed and agility to improve performance in the sports of soccer and field hockey. She also coached the University of Iowa women’s club soccer team.
Lindsay has been involved in athletics her entire life, soccer became her main passion and she played for top JB Marine soccer team through high school. Lindsay also discovered another passion playing for a very competive field hockey team at Lafayette high school. She was a two sport athlete all 4 years at Lafayette also playing varsity soccer.
Lindsay enjoys working with athletes to improve performance in any sport. She plans to pursue the NASM-Certified Personal Trainer certification and the NSCA- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification.
