Libby comes to NutriFormance from a family of health and fitness educators. With over fourteen years of training experience, she helps her clients develop the exercise habit for a lifetime by teaching them strength, endurance, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and injury prevention.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise and is USAT Level I Certified Coach. She is a part of the NutriFormance Endurance Coaching Team and her current focus is introducing athletes to the sport of triathlon. She believes that triathlons offer a cross training opportunity allowing for longer sport longevity. Libby has continued her education by learning teaching techniques from GRAY Institute, TRX Suspension Training, and Kettlebell Athletics.
Libby is the mother of two boys. She understands the challenges of balancing career, family, and personal wellbeing. Although at present, Libby spends most of her time on triathlon training she brings expertise from her past experiences in a wide variety of activities such as running, soccer, show waterskiing, gymnastics, swimming, and outdoor leadership and teambuilding.
