Personal Trainer, Sport Performance Coach
Jessica has enthusiasm and a passion for sports and exercise that spills over to everyone she is around. After Jessica received her B.S. in Fitness and Sports Medicine and a minor in Nutrition, she moved to North Carolina to be a part of one of the most respected medical centers/universities in the country. She not only worked with people from all over the world as an Exercise Specialist at the world renowned Duke Diet and Fitness Center, she also worked as a member of the Duke Medical Center Research team.
After fulfilling her duties at Duke Medical Center, Jessica returned to St. Louis to become the head Personal Trainer at an area gym. Since then she has become a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the Nation Strength and Conditioning Association.
Jessica has been involved in athletics throughout her lifetime. She started gymnastics at the age of 3, played basketball and softball through Junior High, and participated in Cheerleading and Diving through High School. Jessica continued her cheerleading at the collegiate level and went on to become a staff member of the National Cheerleaders Association.
Jessica approaches her clients and athletes knowing that everyone is different and it is important to develop a program that suits each individuals needs.
